Gayton Farm

Nice and tidy place, tucked away behind a working farm. Friendly owner, a good pub within walking distance. Perfect.

Love this place. Clean facilities. Really helpful and pleasant owners. Good base to explore from. Some glamping available which looks lovely and well thought out. We stay in our tent or camper. Lovely views over the fields. Reasonable price. One to go to again.

Been several times and love the place. Facilities are simple, its a field with 2 separate toilets, shower and washing-up facilities. The usual water, electric and waste water facilities. Always clean and very helpful owners. Already re-booked to go back.

Set amongst fields this is a very nice location, albeit with the distant roar of the A14. The campsite is very clean and the facilities are well kept.Please note this is not a family friendly campsite. The site itself is perfectly suitable for children but the want from those running the site is that the noise of children playing together isn’t appropriate. So unless you have no children or just one quiet child perhaps, I wouldn’t recommend Gayton Farm for a family holiday.

We took our caravan, hooked up to the electric. Great field with flat outlook over the Cambridgeshire countryside. Will definitely be back. Many thanks

Beautiful campsite, excellent facilities, excellent communication! Gayton was one of our pit stops during my ultra marathon and they were very supportive of our irregular hours and even sponsored me!!!

Excellent site. Never met the owners (I think they were away). Toilet & showering facilities were fab. The site is very large & very quiet, so you have ample space to pitch up. There is a lovely pub within walking distance (about half a mile) where you can have a lovely meal (with your dog, if you have one). It was called the Crown & Punchbowl. Cambridge is 3 miles away & is easily accessed via public transport.
