Fantastic place to spend family time. Lovely sand beach and good walking trail. Seen lot of sea surfers, kite flyers and picnic spots. Ample car parking but quite costly.

My favourite place in the area, an amazing harbour. Loads of places to walk with fantastic views. If sailing is your thing then there are many clubs and launching sites. Stunning views and wildlife galore.

Nice harbour and outlook but not a lot to do other than view the boats. A pretty village and nice cafe which was good to while an hour or so away but I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for somewhere to spend hours.

Our favourite beach walk is around East Head and then beside the harbour towards Itchenor. Chichester Harbour is a 3,700 hectare (9,220 acre) biological and geological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

Great place to visit for anyone that is in to boats or just to have a look. Visited here many time over the years and is worth a visit. Usually just wander around the harbour it’s self but this time found a 4 mile walk along the water down to Dell Quay and back through the fields. Nice views along the way and even came across a farm selling free range eggs so recommended you have £1.75 in your pocket incase you find yourself walking past. There are even photo posts along the way to take selfies with the amazing views.

No concern whatsoever for wildlife or the environment. They are too busy squabbling over who's responsibility it is to pay for and repair the flood gates on Thorney Island rather getting it done and saving all the nests that have been washed away, hedges and meadowland killed by the salt water. Call themselves carers of the environment and nature? Not!!

An area of outstanding natural beauty. Lovely walk along the harbour, starting at Itchenor. Looking across to Bosham... a short foot ferry ride over.

The wildlife in this place is simply magical! There is so much of it that you will feel overwhelmed. The whole area is very peaceful and if you’re lucky enough to be around when there’s not much traffic, you will appreciate the sound of either silence, or wildlife. Definitely a place to spend many hours in tranquillity and/or meditation.

Had a walk around here a few weekends ago. Great location and if you like water and boats and nature this is a place to visit.
