Went in today to do some shopping and got to the tills around 3:00 there was a long que due to technical issues and only one till working, found my way to the front of the que around 20 minutes later to be served by a very polite cashier (I think I heard someone call her Emma? ) who apologized for the delay and kept serving with a big smile despite being rushed off her feet trying to serve everyone. I would like to say a massive Thankyou to her as her smile was exactly what was needed after waiting so long she is a credit to the team

Great store with brilliant offers, pity some of the checkout staff ignore their customers, called in , with my daughter on the 3rd Oct, to be totally ignored at till by assistant Sue who was engaged in a full on conversation with another member of staff, didn't acknowledge me, speak to me at all, was downright rude!

Love b and m. Love the bargains. However this b and m has very little furniture and alot of items I see online don't seem to be here. The site could use an update to let people know exactly where they can get items at other stores.

Came up to get Christmas gifts. Huge selection of gifts for all ages. Some of the gifts were half the price of the RRP. While I was there I stocked up on food items which were also a little cheaper. Some good bargains...
