Phoned for a quote,they said they would be at my house for 12 o'clock it is now 2:40 PM and no one has turned up so went with another company. Very unreliable

Had use this business before with no complaints in the past. This time has been a shambles, measuring done and price given but numerous txts and calls to arrange a time for fitting flooring with no reply. Will now go with another dependable company. This is for an elderly ladies house as well, who needs the flooring down for her own safety if anything

Flooring laid in kitchen. Extremley poor job. 2 year old daughter ended up in a&e for concussion after tripping over the rising lino and hitting her head on kitchen cupboard. General attitude of John (owner) was comoletley rude, wouldnt explain why the flooring wasn't glued down and refused to fix it unless paid. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all.

Where to start the boy took two weeks even to get back to me tried calling and leaving texts no response so I phoned the council and marc as they hire an incompetent guy lay carpets dont know why his reviews are a total embarrassment to the community he then told the council he had got in contact with me (lies) please stay away from this company please there is more cheaper and better services out there... avoid at all costs

Wish I could give 0 stars.John (owner) has the worst attitude I've ever came across. Taking complaints further with local council.85year old father in law was treated like dirt myself and my wife was given nothing but attitudePlease avoid at all cost, honestly can't put into words how stinking John's attitude was..he really must hate his job to be talking to clients the way he is.Left a job half finished, he almost walked away because we gave him attitude back and was willing to leave an 85 year old without flooring.

Had my bedroom staircase and hallway fitted with carpets. The guys made a lovely job of the laying. They were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them.
