I have used Franks several times and have never been disappointed with them. They arranged delivery, uplift and fitting of carpets for me and left no mess their prices were reasonable and they were very helpful and courteous throughout

Spent 10 mins waiting to be helped as I need 2 new carpets and a wood flooring laid, but left after being ignored by 2 members of staff. Awful service.

Staff very helpful if you interact with them, which i prefer rather than being followed around asking if you need assistance. If you need assistance just ask. They were happy to cut carpet and vinyl pieces to approximate size, and free delivery all good

I bought a lovely stair carpet from here. I love it .very thick and well worth the money. Lovely management and staff. Carpet fitters were lovely aswell that came and done job.

Poor quality, faulty carpet, worn after just four days. Terrible fitting, lumps under carpet, landing cut short so didn’t fit under runner, bathroom very badly fitted also. The invoice had been mucked up so I owed more on the day than what was agreed. Luckily I paid via credit card and after sending pictures to my credit card company I received a full refund within 48 hours. Wouldn’t trust them to fit a doormat.

Struggled to get the wheelchair though the doors while the lad barely glanced up from his phone. He didn't acknowledge us, ask if he could help with anything. We had a quick look round, left and went elsewhere.

The carpet fitters were absolutely amazing. We had a few problems when measured and ordered but it was resolved immediately. The fitters were very efficient and kept everything tidy. Would highly recommend them.
