Very well organised ... so if there's a queue hang on it soon goes ... this place is just lovely, I know it's not the most important thing but I love the branding ... if you're buying a gift it does make a difference ... if you're not it still makes everything picture perfect.The cakes are all amazing so hard to choose a favourite and the coffee is excellent.Open Fri, Sat and Sun at the moment, check out their social media to see what they're making, order online and collect or pop down to the shop and buy direct ... lovely to see a local business thriving

Seriously good cakes and I loved the coffee, just to my taste. Recommend the Bakewell Blondie, it's heaven. Nice shop, nice people, what's not to love.

The best dessert shop in Hertford! Always fresh and gooey and so many flavours to choose from. They keep the menu exciting by adding new things. The service is fantastic on every occasion I’ve been in and the staff practice top hygiene, using a new pair of gloves to handle food. I’d love it if you stated calories on your menu!

i had the best brownie i’ve ever eaten here!!the cakes are so yummy. the service was amazing everyone was friendly and attentive. i was served by mia. amazing atmosphere. would definitely recommend!!!

Hertford Cake Co are a wonderful small business. I have had treats from their Ware counter a few times when my Mum had been to the Van Hage garden centre and brought me something back so I made a point to stop in at the Hertford shop when I was visiting a friend recently. The current shop is tucked away from the main part of town but is well worth the few minutes walk it takes to get there. The baked goods selection is wonderful and in the end as I couldn’t decide I bought a few items that I split with my boyfriend so we could both try them all. The coffee whippyccino milkshake was delicious too. I look forward to visiting again and wish them good luck now they are moving to a larger, more central location.

Just got these today. Wow just wanted something sweet.Got these home and they are delicious, great place, and staff are really nice. Will be back again for sure.I got some brownies and blondies, the assortment of cupcakes was amazing so will be back for those.

Come here regular for my sweet fix. Cakes are a little pricy tho and sometimes they are better than others. Compared to like Lola’s cupcakes the icing and stuff doesn’t taste as superior.

Great little independent shop with personable staff which clearly caters for a lot of regulars. Really fresh bakes and the vegan options seemed popular. They also have options to buy large quantities as well as individual bakes/cakes. Personally, the bakes are rather sweet and decadant so if you don't particularly have a huge sweet tooth then it's worth sharing.

I came to your new store because I have been a fan of your cakes and wanted to come and support. The shop looks amazing however, the service just wasn't very good.We were not greeted with a warm hello" or any acknowledgement so felt a little awkward in the shop.I bough a biscoff rocky road to eat at home

Small shop with some window seating and a large selection of cookies, cupcakes and ice-creams. Dogs are welcomed. We bought some lovely cupcakes and ice-cream which my son loved! Staff were really lovely and very knowledgeable on the area.
