Absolutely wonderful company to do business with from the start to the finish! The lads that laid the base and indeed erected the shed were efficient, polite and lovely to deal with. No oversell in the office when I went to buy just honest appraisal of what I really needed. I spent nearly 6K with them and it shows in not only the service but the quality of the final product. thank you.

Jo Burtenshaw is extremely helpful and friendly; I never felt rushed into making a decision and all my options were clearly laid out. My new garden shed has now been installed and I am so pleased with it. It is, as expected, of really high quality - we've had garden sheds and buildings from Burtenshaws previously and they're the best. Very happy with my garden shed - we chose the 12ft x 10ft Royston model. Great customer service from Joanne Burtenshaw at the office, and plenty of advice and information made available regarding the concrete base for the shed to sit on. The lead in time was only a few weeks from the time of order. Polite two-man team put the shed up in 2.5 hours, even though it was raining that day. We chose the extra heavy duty wooden floor as the shed will be storing heavy motorbikes and equipment. We painted our shed black ourselves - took 'the other half' a couple of hours. I had such a good customer experience with Burtenshaw, I would highly recommend them.

Burtenshaw are an established company with a reputation for using quality materials and a professional installation service. They have excelled here with my 10ft x 6ft potting shed and an additional log store supplied and built by Larkin Enterprises. Everything fitted to perfection and the internal staging & shelving provides a considerable amount of storage for equipment and materials. I have no hesitation in rating Burtenshaw as 5 star and highly recommended.

I thoroughly recommend Burtenshaw Sheds. We purchased a home office building and a storage shed from Burtenshaw a couple of years ago and are very pleased with their constuction quality and durability. It's a good quality product. The Burtenshaw customer team were excellent and helped us customise the buildings as we needed. Installation was quick and problem free. We've spent many happy hours working in the garden office which is easy to heat, draft free and robust. We have recently recoated the external timber cladding with a protective wood preserver as recommended by Burtenshaw. We love the utilitarian and practical designs and are very happy with our purchase and have recommeded Burtenshaw to friends and family.

Purchased a summerhouse, quality is good, modern layout, looks excellent. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. All organised without a problem. Couldn’t ask for better!!

Buttershaws showrooms have good selection of greenhouses ranging from standard unfinished Aluminium to powdercoated finishes and Cedar designs. Jo at Burtenshaws put us in contact with the builder who installed the base and the installer for the greenhouse.

Great customer service. Joanne has organised the installation of the building well and although there was a bit of delay, we were informed of it on time.The garden room is really nice and fully insulated - and also fully bespoke to use the space we had available efficiently.The garden room needs a tiny bit of adjustment still, but overall really happy with it.
