Paul was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and provided a fair and accurate quote. He was clear on expected timelines and availability, and worked hard to make sure the job could get completed as soon as possible. When it came to the work, Paul and Andy showed up on time and did a brilliant job of painting our stairway alcove and ceiling. They were friendly and professional and made sure to clean up the job well. We’ve had a lot of compliments on the quality of the painting since! After a few disappointing quotes and letdowns I was delighted to discover Paul who has that perfect blend of strong communication skills, reliability and delivery to a high standard. What an excellent experience from start to finish. Paul and Andy from Morgan Decorators were just fantastic in every aspect. Trustworthy and polite from the first meeting.We didn’t have to over explain what was needed, they got it immediately. They had all the right tools; the newly laid carpet was 100% protected and the painting was on point in every aspect. This was excellent work carried out by seasoned professionals.They had a very short time window to manage everything required and achieved a fantastic finish. Really great work, reliable quote and final price exactly as set out at the beginning.Our room is transformed (thankyou Paul and Andy) and they are just the loveliest chaps to have around. Couldn’t ask for anything more and we will hopefully see them again in November for the next project. It’s a definite 5 star review from us and we’d give them a 6 we could.
