This security company is a total mess , their managers and staff they dont respect their security officer , and they have only people they know like relatives , or friends in higher pozitions. Is the worst experience I had as a security officer , I have been working or them for over 1 year and nothing has changhed . Totaly unproffesional , one of the guys from control named Raza was even swearing at me when I called him after 12 Hours shift to tell me why the other security who suppose to replace me was late . I report to the managers , no actios have been taked . U imagine what kind of people u are going to work with and who u sign up with.

Worst security company to work for. Zero respect for their employees. Sometimes no work for months. Minimum wage on majority of sites. Avoid at all cost.

Worked there for 5 and half month and then they kicked me out for absolutely no reason I will be taking legal action due to their poor quality staff in HR. I will do what I can to get their license cancelled because they didn’t just do that to me but other staff as well. Please don’t join their team absolutely Wast of time.

I had an interview with this company they rejected me on the basis there was a better person suited for the role it's a joke. I have experience working within the security sector as a doorman retail and static security.Stay away from the company like the plague.

They are great liars! They do not respect the contract to offer you 40h/week, every day you work in different places, all the time in training and all the time you wait an email from the manager , until late in the night, with the hope you will work next day. In the last 3 weeks I worked just 2 days!Because the manager don’t know were he send you, he put the man in an easy position and the woman were is very hard .Run away from this company who is in partnership with Interserve!

Where to begin,Unfortunately I cannot leave a nice review!I wouldn’t normally do this, however the experience I had with this company was one of the worst I’ve ever had!Only company I’ve ever worked for that will use and abuse you! Not to mention the racism within the office, if you are not white then prepare to be racially abused. Unfortunately people with drive and ambition… this is not the place to go… only 1 operations manager has lasted more than 2 years, because he likes to be racist with the rest, otherwise ops managers last less then 2 years (legally can get rid of you without any reason up until then).Staff turnover is absolutely disgraceful!Staff start to work in one place and if they refuse to go to other locations their jobs are threatened. Unfortunately the ops director is a bully and threatens the staff.Management might have had a clue once upon a time but in 2023 they have no idea! They will not look for change, they will not get with the times.Do not speak up about the right thing as you’ll be seen as an outsider! I stood up for the right thing and I was seen as the problem!Racism? “How dare I bring up such slander! Please keep it quiet! Don’t worry about it we will handle it” even with proof, they don’t want to see the problems, they want an easy life so they shut their eyes to it!I hope everyone of those officers see their worth and find something better! They deserve better.I really do hope to see the company change for the better and remove any bad eggs as it has a lot of potential, but with the current management system in place, it’s got no hope!
