Best in Victoria! 5 Stars!I didn’t use this place before because of bad reviews but the new owner David is very friendly and helpful. I brought in 7 pairs, job was done in 3 days and he gave me a welcoming discount. He does it all himself in-house, not sending them away somewhere else like other places. He also send you a text when shoes are ready to pick up.If you are looking for quality repair check out my photos of the neat edges, I’m very happy with the new soles. You cannot find a better price in Central London!

Shoe Maters provide a friendly service which is also very quick. I will no longer be going to Timpson as they will charge you more for a substandard repair. I was very happy with the work carried out by Shoe Masters who also advised on carrying out only the minimum amount of work (Timpson always seem to suggest a complete refurbishment of heel and sole).

Have previously used this place 12-18 months ago to re-heel shoes and for dry cleaning with no problems, so was surprised to see the negative reviews. Got two pairs of shoes done this week - good prices and speedy service. One of my ladies heel tips had broken off (including metal fixing), so was worried it was going to cost more than usual. Pleasantly surprised at very reasonable cost and they were ready in 24 hours. Know it’s under new management and owner is friendly and knowledgable. Will definitely use again for some other shoes soon.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!Yes they are cheap but you pay the price - they wrecked two pairs of my very expensive shoes. The first I was able to notice but when I went to complain the guy was unhelpful and obstructive. Absolutely gutted I used these guys as they really do not know what they're doing.

Asked me to come back at a certain time to fix my shoe, came back he wasn't there. Came back in 15 mins like it said, he told me I hadn't come back at the right time. To be fair, when I explained that I had in fact been there, he apologised and offered to fix my shoe for free. Couldn't say fairer than that. Only trouble was when I went back it was a stand in who told me the machine was broken and he had no idea when it would be fixed. I may have been unlucky, but I can't say this is a reliable service.

Quick solid not overly expensive shoe repair. Same day or next morning turn around. £12 for heal. £20 for soles. Something to be mindful of, take photos of your shoes before dropping off, took in a pair of expansive flats for the wife and found a nick on the leather after picking up. Don't recall if it was there before so not sure it was done during repair. Just something to be mindful of if your shoes are on the delicate side. Otherwise recommend them.

Excellent service. My shoes look fantastic after repair and cleaning. I am confident that I will get a lot more life out of them. I was particularly impressed with the work on the soles. Owner was very friendly and helpful - offered quick service and answered all the questions I had.

Extremely pricey. Cut a pair of keys first time round didnt work. Also I used the dry cleaning service. £4 for a shirt!!! Rip off!!! Just dont go there. You have much better options in Victoria

Such a happy customer, I'd definitely recommend Shoe Masters and their handiwork! I dropped two pairs of shoes off; one a pair of Gucci loafers which needed a protective sole and the other a pair of Gianvito Rossi heels which (desperately) needed heel repairs and heel tip replacements. Both were ready super quickly and at a completely reasonable price. I'll be back!

DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service. They have entirely ruined my favourite boots. They should not accept shoes if they do not know how to clean them. They have entirely scrubbed the suede off and left them worse than when I entered then tried to tell me it was shampoo. Absolutely disgusting.
