Booked a pedicure. Shannon was excellent and really friendly and professional.I noticed another pedicure feedback here. Its beyond me why there are only 7 colours of polish to chose from. Had I known I would have brought some from home. Classic case of not investing in basic equipment. I have massive empathy for the staff here as basic items that are missing must be embarrassing

I’ve been a member of The Club for several months now and cannot rate them highly enough.I am not the most confident gym-user but Sarah, Laura, Leeza and Danny are especially amazing and have made me feel so welcome.Thank you so much! Xx

The Reason I've given this a 3 star is because the facilities were great, decent size lockers and a nice pool with sauna, steam room and a good jacuzzi, I was curious as to what solution they put in the jacuzzi. Anyway to the awkward part I nearly slipped once by the pool side but the second time I fell on my left side hurting my left thigh and managed to get up and reported this to the helpful man who said if I come round to reception an accident form would be filled out. This happened on Saturday afternoon through no fault of my own I lost balance while I was walking at normal pace. My blind friend was relaxing in the sauna at the time. When the lady at reception filled out my details and after everything else was dealt with she came across as though she was giving me a pep talk by saying I should think about wearing flip flops next time but did not apologise for the fact that a corner of the poolside was wet and wasn't dried off but did at least wish me well. My left leg is getting better but pain has been lingering for a few days. The level of service from the Lady at Reception was not the best and the fact my friend and I were visitors and did not pay a monthly rate of £50 to help line their pockets probably justified her level of service as I feel that guests who pay vastly more probably receive a better level of service as their richer. Nevertheless for a hotel club of this quality you would expect a bit more friendliness and someone who was a bit more approachable rather than a cow. For those reasons I Will not be coming back again to this place. No cafes nearby given the demographic which was also a pity.

stayed recently had a brilliant massage would thoroughly recommend it. Pool and jacuzzi facilities were excellent, wasnt too busy and was very relaxing

In all my years of having pedicures this was the most expensive but the worst experience.They didn't have the proper equipment required and what they did have was so basic it was ineffectual.I was optimistic that the foot massage would make up for the lack of filing of the heels but that was over before it even started. Completely unmoisturised.The very hard chair was positioned right infront of the front glass door where I could watch the yoga class across the passage. It was so uncomfortable and I kept having adjust my dress so they couldn't see me.By the time the technician started painting my nails I was so fed up with the service that I took over. She apologised and said they do very few pedicures there so was quite inexperienced.She spoke to her manager about a refund because they unusually demand payment upfront.The manager was stunned by my comments because nobody has complained in the past and only offered 50% back.Shocking experience!

An immensely relaxing spa day.Only 2 faults were:Poolside was SO slippy when wet.Pool was pretty cold.There were 3 of us in for a spa day and we absolutely loved it. The whole place was nice & in good condition. Our treatments were absolutely fantastic.We all left feeling superb.Thank you!

Sub standard. Glorified leisure centre. Booked for a treat/‘spa day’ and jacuzzi not functioning. Spoke to a regular who said that the jacuzzi is out of use weekly. Temperature of the pool very cool.When addressing the above to the receptionist, they apologised and agreed that an email should have been circulated in advance with regards to the facilities not fully functioning. They also assured us that they would raise this with the manager.We left it 6 days and heard nothing, therefore I sent an email, only to receive the below as part of the email: -“Please accept my apologies for the delayed response, unfortunately my original reply was still sitting in my outbox and not sending”.Apology accepted, however obviously not too concerned about a clients visit as not followed through and checked email sent properly.We will not be returning.
