Great team of staff who are able to 'read' the customer and deal with them appropriately. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a new helmet and they sorted the right fit for me.My husband needed new bike jeans and was able to find the right fit. We will be going back again for any bike needs we have.

I am very new to riding. I heard about J&S from my colleagues. God they have an amazing store in Wolverhampton. I was spoilt for choice. I purchased my riding gear and chap was really helpful from start to finish.I purchased a Shark helmet with a Bluetooth kit when from J&S and they were really helpful and fitted the Bluetooth kit for me.

Brought a jacket from j&s that had been discounted when I had left the shop I realised I had been charged the full price and they told me there was nuffin they could do, unfortunately I will start buying online I thought do a bit to help keep shops open but I’m not getting done like that.

Great selection of biking clothes to suit all budgets. Covid regs adhered to. On the A41 north of Wolverhampton ( popular local biking route heading to North Shropshire or North Wales. Plenty of space to park cars / bikes. Could do with a little cafe / tea wagon.

I have to say that the staff are really nice, i went to buy a helmet and I met a non pushy and very patient salesman, ended up with a nice helmet and at a fair price, J&S is a nice little motorcycle accessories shop. Ample parking and a lot of reasonably priced stock. Staff are helpful, enthusiastic, and on hand. If you need them, otherwise you're free to browseLots of stuff on my wishlist, and I'll probably go back to buy. The only thing missing is a cafe.

Good service from the staff, and unlike their Northwich branch, had normal everyday sizes in their stock, like medium for example. Northwich I wouldn't bother unless your XXL, then you can have your pick

Amazing staff who have brilliant customer service skills. They make you feel very relaxed when you are there and are very happy to find you what you need and not try and upsell you something you don't need. Couldn't recommend them enough as I'm always happy to go back when I need any more kit for myself

Greetings all. Been spending some of the inheritance this morning here at J&S Wolverhampton. So how did it go. Friendly greeting always works for me, excellent customer service and help for us bigger than normal" individuals led to a replacement of my 20 year old biking jacket for a Richa jacket
