Unprofessional behavior and incorrect diagnosis!! I called him to take a look at the kitchen leak and after multiple requests he agreed to come two days later. After few minutes of inspection, he was very confident that the leak was only from the tap, offered to fix it a price. I requested politely for any better price, but he got offended and said he didn't want to waste his time on such a small job and just left, despite repeated requests to fix it.Later on I found out that I was lucky that he didn't do the job, the leak was somewhere else and he just did a very poor job of inspection and still so much arrogance and unprofessional behavior.I called another plumber on the same day and he was very professional, and fixed the leak within 10 minutes without any such drama

Zamir has worked in my flat a few times now attending various emergencies and carrying out a few plumbing chores (changing radiators, taps etc.). He is very reliable, professional and honest. I highly recommend him if you need a job done well!
