Done Some Great Community Projects, But They Use This As Basis Hide Their Incompetence In Dealing With Tenants Residents Complaints By Stall Delay Bully Threaten Residents Tenants And Then Settle Out Thus Avoid Reviews And Records Of Complaints. VERY TERRIBLE .. Beware.. Ensure you covertly record - have witness take with you at all dealings / meetings with them as they will lie to you. Do not discuss anything with them on phone..do it by post email or hand it in office petson and get receipt.
