Bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta ST3 from L or a Car.The car was in fantastic condition. The staff were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the car and the purchase. They even offered to drop the car off to my work to allow me to test drive due to my busy schedule.I would 100% recommend L of a Car. Fantastic friendly service and extremely accommodating!!

Went on Saturday to have a look at a car I’d seen on the forecourt as I drove past on Friday. Spoke to a very helpful gentleman by the name of Phil. He explained everything I asked in a way I’d understand (I’m not an expert on the mechanics). He allowed me to take it for a test drive, that had me hooked.The process of purchasing the car was explained every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for him (even if I did ask a couple of things more than once). He gave me time to think about my decision and didn’t rush me for an answer. Today I drove my new car home.Thank you Phil for all the help you gave me. If anyone is looking for a new car I highly recommend this dealership. You’ll get a friendly welcome and expert advice and information.

He went out of his way to help me including allowing me to come in at a stupidly late time in the evening to collect the car when I messed up the original collection date.Super patient, friendly, accommodating and very fair in context of striking a deal. Initially, I wasn't looking for a new car.But after a random search, I saw this 1992 Mercedes 190E for sale for only £4k.I couldn't let the chance pass me, so I decided to go for it.The staff were polite and helpful.Being such an old car, unfortunately, a few issues did arise.However, they honoured their warranty and fixed everything, without a fuss.They even went above and beyond to provide me with another car while mine was being repaied.They came and collected my car when I had a problem, and even dropped my car off to me at my workplace when the repairs were carried out. I couldn't have asked for more.I was very impressed with their honesty, and wilingness to help with any issues.I'm still the proud owner of this car, and wouldn't change it for anything in the world.My experience with LofACar is very positive, and I couldn't give them enough praise for their effort and efficeincy.

I purchased my AMG C43 from L of a Car. Friendly and professional service from start to end. When I had an issue with boot opening motor I was able to get the car repaired at my local garage and the cost was refunded to me within 24 hours. If only ALL car dealers were like this.

I’ve just bought a VW Golf 2017 from them, and have traded in my previous car for it. Not only did they offer me a very good price for trade in, they were the most honest, caring and helpful dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Nissan pulsar tekna. Car was fairly priced with very low mileage. When I collected it Alistair kindly brought it to his house, which meant an hours less drive for me. The car was presented in excellent condition with a new 12 month mot and full valet. Very happy with the service provided. Thanks.

Do not buy a car from this garage!!! My car was written off so I needed a replacement quick. I purchased a vw polo for £1,500. Immediately experiences mechanical issues, ended up spending a further £1000 to make the car function-able, new clutch, break works etc. In hindsight I should have returned it but I just thought that’s what happens when buy second hand cars that are of an age. I then fell pregnant and decided I needed a bigger more suitable car for transporting a baby. When I tried to sell the polo myself privately I had a lot of interest that then fell through. Only when I went to put it on auto-trader did it flag up to me that I was a CAT-D car.I was never informed of this at purchase. When contacting L of a car they continuously lied to me, there’s story changed a number of times about the history of the car. I sought professional advise and was within my rights to ask for the money back I paid for the car £1,500 (let alone what I spent on it) but all I ended up with was a £900 refund. I was left financially out of pocket and under a lot of stress through the process with a baby on the way! I would have taken them to court if I wasn’t pregnant.Seeing as there is no option to reply to your message I’ll edit this one..... you are still lying! As stated you did not provide me with any information of it being a cat D! You gave a totally false sale but know all the lingo to cover your tracks. I still urge anyone not to purchase a vehicle from here!
