Went in there tonight for a passing pint with my father. Knowing it was a members club, I thought that being a 22 year served veteran I might be able to buy a friendly pint.We were abruptly challenged upon entry Are you members?" By the lady bar staff... "This is a members only club". I tried to explain that we weren't members but that I was a veteran... and we had only hoped to have a quick pint. Of course
