Natural Nails

Wouldn’t even give the one star. Just had the most horrendous experience. Anne, who I’ve been to in the past, refused to continue to do my nails and I had to leave half way through. I was the only customer in the shop so she had no excuse about being under pressure with clients waiting. I asked for simple white tips (gels) on natural nails. Firstly, she filed my nails down completely wonky. Secondly, the white tips she painted on my nails were gappy, uneven and discoloured. She did not like the fact I pointed this out and she spoke back to me extremely rudely. She went on to tell me she refuses to do my nails because she can’t see properly. I left the shop with half cured base coat on my nails. The whole while I was there and even with the customer previous to me, she was on the phone with her headphones in chatting away. If she spent less time on her phone and more time on her clients and acting professionally, she could do a better job. Disgusted, appalled and will never make the mistake of going there again.

I have been going to Natural Nails on and off for 10+ years. I always come away very pleased with the result (today included). I listen to their advice and it pays off - they know what they are doing and have years of experience. They will never do anything that puts your nails at risk - even if you think you want it. Remember, there are limitations in design if you ask for a beautiful design on scraggy bitten nails! Have a full set and enjoy the result

First time, I had gone to get my nails done . I had explained this is my first time . I showed photo of how i wanted my nails and if she could do similar . The lady said yes and started . During the process, she kept complaining . All she did was french nails and said finished. I said this is not what i asked for, i asked for colour. She went ahead and said no colour pink, blue will suit you because of your skin colour . I said the design i showed you was colour and design, she said i don’t do design but she did in the photos ! . I went excited but let down :( . Very poor customer service . Wouldn’t recommend this place . After requesting she did the colour i chose and put any design. As someone who is new customer and first, you shouldn’t take advantage of them, instead you should help .

I booked appointment. She didn’t give me good service. Even she didn’t behave good to me. Even she did not done my nail properly.

Got my nails done today, they are sticking upwards and are really thick, was rushed and moved onto next counter as soon as another customer came in, asked for a different colour and the lady was soo angry, after it must of smugged onto my hand nd told her to remove it she got even more angry and cleaned my nails with so mych aggression. Never going there again!

Excellent service not very busy at all.. don’t know the lady name but did my nails nicely how I wanted it. She was half the time on the phone which was bit downfall but otherwise she did great job. Prices have gone up too but I guess it’s gone up everywhere
