Great little shop and very handy for getting local supplies. This rating however, is for the service dept. Can’t evaluate the actual service as theyclaimed nobody was in and left. Considering the importance of getting my gas safety cert. today, I am now left in the lurch! The customer-services woman arranging the telephone bookings, perhaps got out of bed on the wrong side today - but considering I was very civil, polite and decent on the phone, was actually quite rude and slammed the phone down on me! Gas guy - you may want to check in with your telephone service representative as this simple matter could have been handled a lot better. Real shame - I would have been a loyal paying repeat customer - but unlikely to use your services now or recommend after this very silly and unprofessional behaviour. You may also want to consider how your reputation is getting inadvertently damaged in other poorly managed telephone calls...!

Handy merchant, not many independents around now, nice to deal with someone who actually has knowledge of what you are trying to achieve!

Great shop and helpful staff. Confused with latest bad review as this is a shop not a service company . Perhaps customers who leave bad reviews for the wrong company should review themselves .
