Sue is amazing and I would recommend to every bride in the area to take a visit. I was really nervous about wedding dress shopping but Sue relaxed my nerves better than I thought anyone could. I went dress shopping with my Dad, Sue explained the world of wedding dresses to us and we both left feeling a lot more confident about the process. The trying on process with Sue is so relaxing and fun! The dresses at Bleu are so beautiful and I felt amazing in them!I didn’t buy my dress at Bleu in the end, but that I wouldn’t have been able to have found “the one” without visiting Sue first. Her knowledge and kindness goes a very long way and I’ll be sending all my friends to Bleu when they’re a bride to be.Thank you so much Sue! Xx

I loved my experience at Bleu Bridal Gowns. Sue is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful- I was in the best of hands! She has a lovely Bridal Shop, full of beautiful dresses. I went recently with my mum and two bridesmaids and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.I'm very glad I went to to Bleu for my Wedding dress and would reccomend others do the same :)

Sue was absolutely amazing and her customer service is 5 star. Being a mature bride I didn’t want a full blown wedding dress but she made me feel at ease and got me to try on different styles. I did say yes to a dress there and had a couple of alterations with her amazing seamstress. Let’s just say I felt a million dollars on the day.

I had a wonderful and comfortable experience at Bleu- I was quite anxious about finding a wedding dress, Sue was so helpful and without her I wouldn't have found my dress. My guests & I felt really safe and at ease at the barn. Sue was honest & realistic, as my wedding was only 6 months away- but assured me a beautiful dress was still possible. Thank you! xxxx

Sue made my wedding dress experience the best experience ever. She just knew exactly what I wanted, without me even really knowing! She was so welcoming, so attentive, so supportive and she listened to every single thing. I actually went somewhere after as we had pre booked two shops back to back, but just couldn't get her and my dress out my mind so went back the very next day to say yes to the dress". Sue deserves a medal!!!"

I first met Sue at a wedding fair in early 2022 where she took my details and offered to text in early 2023. Lo and behold, she kept her word and I was excited to book and try!Sue's customer service is exemplary: her knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. From the moment I walked in with my bridal team, she was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us to understand the process and timeline of the dress. She cannot be beaten on this!We were free to look at all the wonderful dresses she has in the barn (which is beautiful!) and 'tag' as many as we liked. When it came to trying on dresses, she listens SO carefully to what you like, don't like and want in your dress, which then enabled her to use her exemplary skills to help throw in some wild cards" and also explain any modifications that can be made.I have ordered my dress with her today and she was just as wonderful in my 2nd appointment (I chose to go solo for this one)

Sue is amazing, I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. My first appointment with her was so easy, she encouraged me to try on lots of different styles and made sure my opinion was given first before anyone else gave theirs. I couldn’t decide at my first appointment and decided to go to another shop to see how I felt, but whilst in the other shop I knew I’d found the dress at Bleu.Sue kindly let me come back a couple of weeks later with my MIL to try the dress on again and place the order.Her customer service is top notch, she really makes you feel comfortable and knows exactly when to add a veil or a hairpiece, rather than overwhelming you in the first dress. Don’t be put off by the size of the shop either, it’s cosy, comfortable and she has plenty of different styles for you to try. I felt much more at ease here than I did elsewhere.I’m not getting married until May 2024 so no photos yet but I’ll make sure to upload some when I have them!Thank you again Sue, you really made wedding dress shopping an enjoyable and relaxing experience!

I can’t speak highly enough of Sue and the experience I had at Bleu. Tucked away down a little lane this is truly a gem of a shop. Obviously not the worlds biggest selection of dresses but lots of different options and Sue was extremely knowledgeable about how things could be altered to make them perfect. She was absolutely concerned with me getting the right dress, whether that was with her or another shop which was lovely. I ended up loving a wildcard dress but I wasn’t 100% sure and she recommended I go away and think about it. I ended up finding my dress at a different shop but I would not hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone. A lovely lady with a wealth of knowledge and experience who is determined to help you rather than just sell you the most expensive dress!! Thank you Sue!

I had a lovely experience with my family here looking at wedding dresses. It was a lovely space and a great selection. Sue was so helpful and very knowledge. I would highly recommend visiting her lovely barn of wedding dresses!
