Callendar Square | Car Park

Avoid at all costs! No barrier when going in or out , no visible ticket machines or information how to pay! Nothing in the shopping centre so assumed it was free parking! Then gets a £60 penalty through the door for using the car park! They can take me to court for this! Never had a ticket of any kind!

Good car park however we got fined afterwards as we thought it was free as couldn’t find pay station anywhere so becareful

Horrible honking place - entitled to 2 hours parking for the gym yet send me a fine absolute desperation of the worse kind. Thankfully moved to a new gym

Now it closes at 6.30, the gangs take over gaining access via the fire exit next to Buzz Bingo. They cause mayhem to locals and people passing as well as passing cars. The owners don't give a monkeys toss and its time it was closed down and demolished before someone is seriously injured or even killed. I would never leave a car there at any time.

Same as the previous reviews, got tricked into thinking this was an abandoned car park due to its state. Tried the machine and did not work. Received as the rest the fine and was shocked!!! Will never visit again!!

Absolute Disgrace. I am a carer for vulnerable children and I was taking a young boy to the shops on Christmas Eve to get food for Christmas Day and comforting items for himself as it was his first Christmas away from his family.I entered the car park where the barriers were up. There was no ticket option as I entered. I looked around for ways to pay for as long as I could considering I was caring for a child and in a rush on Christmas Eve. Apparently the signage is ‘clear and visible’, not at all.I was in the car park for less than 30 minutes and received a call from my manager saying I have a £60 fine. No option for my care company to simply pay the original fine, so as a carer working a night shift on Christmas Eve I have to pay the fine.Thank you very much. Can’t wait to revisit.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!pay by phone/app does not work, when exiting you are approached by a man telling you to pay!" When you ask where he states him!I was told I was not allowed a receipt for my payment

Signs are not obvious and gates are open at all times (leaving many thinking it is free) which causes major problems. Machines don't work properly and they will fine you at the drop of a hat. Do not use!

This car park is poorly operated with little or no visual instructions for visitors. It operates a free drive in service giving first impressions that its a disused parking lot. When you search for signs to pay there is no clear visual instructions. Again indicating that it is not in use. Barely a car to be seen.Don’t chance it there is a camera that clocks you gong in and out. Was stung for a £60 for parking ticket for 15 mins.The paper work that was sent gave more suspicion that it was a rouge company. Now I have a supposed Dept collection letter for £180.Needless to say the courts will decide if I’ve to pay this amount not them.

Absolute joke with a £60 fine at the end. As everyone else has wrote, machine not taking parking fees, nobody to report the problem to. Falkirk Council should be chasing this company for threatening customers with fines.Avoid this place at all costs. Falkirk Town centre is bad enough with shops closing and people going elsewhere, here's another one who won't be back.Scammers
