My experience with Smart glaze UK has been a most comfortable, productive and wonderful journey. right from the start I was professionally taken care of and well looked after. considering I do not have much knowledge of windows nor a background in it. They made sure to guide me and help me reach a decision that we were both happy with. My quote was one i could not refuse and they were happy with. The team regularly checked up on me and made sure i was happy throughout. The communication between the team was regular ensuring everything/ task was performed timely and accurately. At no point in the experience did i feel uneasy as i always had someone one phone call away to enquire my worries. I was not rushed with the payments which for me is a big deal because it showed they wanted to first make sure the work was up to satisfaction. to the fitters, thank you for great time management and fitting my smart glazed windows throughout the whole house in such great speed to ensure i could have the kids back in the warm house and ready for bed stress-free. i 10000% would recommend for business and i sure will be doing business with them if need be in the future. once again thank you for the great experience and for taking care of me.I have been definitely smart glazed and not sadly glazed.
