A beautiful little shop that has so much to offer. I love coming there and always feel this beautiful energy all around. The ladies are very welcoming and always happy to help whenever one needs advice. Lovely crystal selection, candles , some books and much more . Little gem in the heart of the City !

Love this shop and the lovely ladies that run/own it. Whenever I walk into this place I feel my whole body relax and my mind feels calm, it's just magical. The ladies are full of helpful advice, there's a huge variety of stunning crystals plus lot's of other things like jewelry soaps, wax melts, angel cards etc. Well worth a visit whenever you're in the city

If you like crystals and that sort of thing then this is the place for you. Upmarket and stylish. Friendly staff who are well informed with plenty of choice. Not bohemian or anything like that. I would go here again and buy more items. Good range of priced items from a couple of pounds to some expensive lovely large beautiful crystal formations and fossils.Nice place.

Went to hunt for some amber pieces today, the woman in the shop seemed a bit offended I'd even walked in , and proceeded to follow me around while I browsed which was incredibly awkward and upsetting. Another couple then walked in while I was looking but she straight away greeted them & asked if she could help ?! Where was this warmth when I entered? Left feeling profiled and judged which is honestly not the vibe I expected from a crystal shop..

So. This shop is lovely, with a beautiful selection of crystals, and I’ve been around 5 times now, the crystals I have purchased are always stunning and in good condition. However, every time I have been I have felt there is a lack of atmosphere and warmth in the store, the ladies (who are probably lovely people) make me feel slightly as if it is an inconvenience to them when I go up to purchase. I would definitely come again and recommend the store though, there is a great selection to purchase from.

My son is visibly disabled. He has a cane and a sunflower lanyard for his ASD. He also had just returned from the pride March so was wearing pride flags. Due to his ASD he likes to touch things in able to help himself process them, and he flops his hands around to help regulate himself. While he was flopping his hands the women at the till were giving him nasty glares. When we went to pay they were extremely rude. I paid with a £20 bill and she tried giving me a Romanian 10 lei note. I refused it and said the £20 I gave her was a £10 so I should just leave anyways, I confirmed it was a £20, then she very angrily slammed a £10 note on the desk. My son said he noticed some of the crystals weren't even real and were shaped glass. Absolutely disgusting service. Would give 0 out of 5 if I could. DISGUSTING ABLEIST SCAMMERS DO NOT SHOP!!!!!!!

Good range of crystal tumbles and other crystals. Quite overpriced compared to other crystal shops.

Lovely shop. Well stocked with a good variety of crystals. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. My son who has a vast collection found stones even he didn't have. Will be returning when next in Norwich.

Interesting shop that used to be a church. Quite a mystic atmosphere, would recommend a visit.
