More than 2 years after purchase, my HJC helmet developed a fault. It seemed straightforward enough to fix with replacement parts but after some very efficient discussion with the Customer Service team (Thanks Chloe), they advised that because it was deemed safety critical, they would need to fix it under warranty. I was reluctant to send it off as it’s my only helmet. I needn’t have worried though. I posted it Monday afternoon, arriving the following day. It was back with us on Thursday afternoon. Outstanding service, couldn’t ask for more. Many thanks Oxford Products

Fantastic service from Oxford products.I bought Lifetime tail pack and panniers so long ago I can't remember when. Although the old style and well used they are still in great condition.The zip on the top of the tail pack broke and I mentioned it to the team on the stand at the bike show. Katie put me in touch with Chloe in customer services.They replaced the tail pack with a new one.I am mightily impressed with the superb service from all the team.Lifetime warranty really does mean exactly what it says.Well done and thank you.

Absolutely fantastic products and customer service. I have the Oxford CLIQR phone mount on my motorbike and whilst fitting bar risers I had to remove it - and in the process managed to lose a couple of the small mounting screws. One email to Oxford asking about screw specs and Chloe offered to send some out in the post - free of charge! Just brilliant. Huge thanks to Chloe and Oxford products.

Just had an amazing experience with Oxford customer service dept. They sorted a problem for me on my heated grips in a superfast time and couldn't have been more helpful. I own an Oxford bike jacket and a 30ltr waterproof luggage bag and won't hesitate to buy more Oxford stuff in the future after this.

Thanks to Katie and Oxford products. MY Hamilton waterproof gloves proved not to be so waterproof in a torrential downpour. Spoke to Katie who said send them back, and replacements arrived by return delivery. -Well impressed!

Thank you Katie for replacing my faulty battery charger which had done little work, but was clearly outside the warranty period. It was exchanged without fuss and without charge. Nice to see old fashioned customer care is still alive and well at Oxford.

Huge thank you to Katie and Oxford Products. I had a battery charger which had broken and even though it was out of warranty they replaced it for me. I just called Customer Services, told Katie what the problem was, she said they'd be happy to take a look at it if I could send it back, two days later a new one arrived. No fuss. No delays. No negotiating. I really wasn't expecting it. I was hoping at best it might be fixable. Really great products which they stand behind. All companies should be more Oxford.

Outstanding customer service from Oxford Products, I returned a pair of Mondial short gloves with an issue. They were almost 3years old and out of guarantee. Oxford Products immediately sent out a replacement pair free of charge (they even paid postage!) I’ll definitely recommend Oxford Products

After another 5 week tour in Europe this year the waterproof zips on my trusty 30L Lifetime magnetic fit, backpack /Tank Bag gave up. I had no receipt, but Customer Services were absolutely wonderful. They have replaced my old one free of charge with the top-of-the-line tank bag! How amazing is that, talk about honouring their strapline. Thank you so much Oxford Customer Services.

Can't understate the quality and service of Oxford on all their products. I own a jacket, lock, chain, gloves, bag, heated grips, chain lube etc. All have been extremely high quality.Had more minor issue and had to contact their customer service team. Astounded to receive 5 responses over the course of 2 hours, completely resolving the issue.Highly recommend Oxford for any and everything.
