Such friendly and helpful staff ! It's always a bit intimidating as a chap going into a shop with confusing things like cushions and soap, but my request about slippers for my wife (a gift, not a swap) saw me almost led by the hand. Well done girls, this is retail at its best :-)

Very poor customer service in Liverpool and no follow up via email or phone after I had made contact.My daughter was made to feel very unwelcome and told everything would be too expensive for her, she did purchase and spent a large amount of money that day. The pretty women moment comes to mind

I called into this branch because I was on holiday and just passing. I have serious issues with my neck and was looking for a good pillow. The girls that served me were amazing. They took time to find out what my needs and budget were, and went through all the products with me. When I found what I wanted they got it sent to me by post, which happened to be much easier at that time. Super nice and very helpful. All round good experience.

Once you shop at the white company for your diffuser you will not go any were else. They smell amazing and stay amazing tell they are gone not like other diffusers that you smell once then just fade away.
