If I could rate zero stars I would! Shocking service! We booked in months ago! I even called to check our booking was ok. She had no idea of my booking …“Ermmmm I think I remember the name yes”On the day we are due to go away, she was not there when we arrived to drop our cats off 1 hour before going to the airport.. blamed us for not being there before 9am.. NOT ONCE was we told we must be there before 9am!!!! Not once.Even then, if she was sat there waiting for us at 9am, why would she not ring us at 09:10 asking if we were still coming???I’ll tell you why, because she had absolutely no idea we were coming!Her calendar is in her head! Absolutely ridiculous, appalling, stressful experience! Avoid at all costsEvery time I’ve rang her, she’s driving, so she’s never actually there looking after your cats, EVIDENTLY!Shut her down!

I've been using arisocats now for over 5 years numerous times a year and wouldn't use any other cattery. My cats absolutely love it there, Nina goes above and beyond for them to make sure they have the best care and helps to make sure 1 of my anxious cats is relaxed and comfortable during their stay

Used to take my cat Casper years ago and started taking my two cats Poppy and Felix more recently after trying another cattery from where they seemed quite stressed when they came home. Much prefer this one as they have an outside area where they can lie safely in the sunshine on a nice day; they always seem fine when they come home, but Poppy being an older lady always tells us off! They are fed and safe ... the chap seems a bit grumpy but the lady and staff are fine.

I’ve been using Aristocats for the last 2 years and my cat has always come home happy and well cared for. Nina is dedicated and professional and I wouldn’t use anywhere else! Highly recommend.

My cat Fifi has stayed there twice now. Excellent place Fifi was well looked after. I highly recommend Aristocats.

I left my cat Rupert here who has one eye, he needs medication and eye drops in his remaining eye every day, I was reassured that he would get the care he needs and he most definitely did here at the cattery, Rupert will definitely coming back here as he was one very happy cat and settled really well there and back in at home
