Very happy so far. They answered their phone straight away. When I went to the shop, the owner was very pleasant, helpful and polite. I've dropped off my machine for a general service, so that's pretty good so far.

What is the point in having a shop if you’re not interested in customers? They NEVER answer the phone (during opening hours). Having purchased a sewing machine from them previously, I want to upgrade my machine, but they have driven me to online purchases.

Very pleased so far. The owner offered to investigate the problem with my machine for free and now has it for service. Very efficient and knowledgeable. All being well I shall continue to use this shop.

A disaster when running up something to fit my new grandson was averted with the immediate support and investigation of the problem. Even though my machine is ‘ancient’ and the recent service was now out of warranty the wonderful gentleman fixed my machine- and no charge -thank you guys!

I took my Husquavana in and the gentleman there was quite helpful, so I left it with him. He kept me updated on what he found needed doing, and was honest about cost and repair, unfortunately it would not be a viable option to repair, but he was very helpful in his advise for my next machine, no hard sell, just refreshingly knowledgeable, and helpful, and kind.

They serviced two of my machines -a Janome snd a Brother and did repairs included in service price. The Brother has never sounded so quiet, excellent service -can well recommend them-very nice people
