Louise is a wonderful therapist. I was extremely anxious about going to couples therapy for the first time, but I felt like I could be more open and vulnerable with her than I’d been comfortable doing in my life up until that point.She is very knowledgeable, balanced and nuanced. I would (and have) recommend her to any couple who are struggling. It’s a hard thing to start but immediately we found we were looking forward to our sessions with Louise, as she helped us uppack so much and view things differently in ourselves and each other.You’ll still need to do the work, but she’s an excellent guide.
