Absolutely over the moon with our beautiful bespoke kitchen fitted sept 22. Mark bent over backwards to get us everything we asked for and nothing was too much trouble from our first visit, design and delivery. The kitchen is of the highest quality and is everything we dreamed of. From start to finish I have changed things, moved things and nothing has been an issue. Every issue we came across was dealt with and we were never made to feel awkward for amending things. You really are a great family company. Thanks so much for everything. 18 months ago we dealt with Mark and bought our bespoke kitchen from James Hacking Interiors, Mark was helpful and we were really happy with our kitchen. HOWEVER once we had paid in full and the kitchen was delivered we have been so disappointed with aftercare; there was 2 specific small features of the kitchen that had been agreed in the price (towel rail and behind cupboard spray rack) which was missing and when i followed this up with Mark he said he would sort it but then proceeded to ignore my contact for the last year on the matter. He also told us in the consultation and quote part of the service that they do a touch up on the kitchen once it had been delivered and fitted, i had to chase this up lots and finally a year after delivery i was given a date before Christmas that this was 'booked in'. This never happened and there was no response to any contact from me. So i am missing some parts, i have chips and knocks on my new kitchen and i have been well and truly fobbed off once full payment was received.
