Highly recommend this company. Friendly, professional service, he messaged me to confirm the time he was due to arrive after finishing from the previous appointment which really helped as I had other commitments to organise. He fixed two outside door locks for me.

Our upvc door used to take so much effort to close most of our visitors couldn’t manage it, and locking was so difficult we broke a key! Cerberus security responded quickly to my message, visited within a couple of days and fixed it there and then. Now it’s incredibly easy, like a new door, we are so pleased! Ed is a lovely guy too. Highly recommended.

Belated review! From start to finish the experience was flawless. Fast, efficient, reasonably priced and professional. I sent a short video with the 'symptom' of our broken lock and was responded with a quotation, rough time to fix and an idea of an attendance date. Couldn't recommend more - will be our first point of contact from now on!
