Brilliant service friendly as always, affordable good food definitely will be coming back great for a group meal/outing together. Cannot fault this place. Overall amazing and the cakes are to die for.

Lovely service! The waitress Kayleigh was really nice! The cake was also amazing and the portion sizes are brilliant! Came for my friends birthday and they made the night really brilliant! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a cheap meal out!!

A great new look cavery with a great area for the kids. Ordered on the app as encouraged to do so and the food came quickly. Drinks didn't. After getting through half our food we asked a waitress to investigate. She then told us the app prints tickets at the bar which get ignored and its best to get drinks from the bar.... same problem with desserts using the app. Ordered two puddings that weren't available.

Good honest roast carvery serving up exactly what was advertised. The pub itself is lively, very family orientated throughout a Sunday serving and certainly not a place for those who are looking for some peace and quiet but that isnt a bad thing as the vibe was friendly. Service was friendly and prompt, pleasantly suprising considering how busy the place was. Servings are plentiful, the vegetable pie was a tad dry but was the only criticism we could have.

Family get together, not impressed.Main menus,curries bland. Carvery cold, chicken burger with hummus was nice. But chips were cold and a couple still frozen.Been before a while ago and Carvery veg was dried out and meats dry.A chair was broken, so moved it. informed one of the staff, she said she would inform the Manager, then then put it back to the table we'd removed it from.Staff very friendly and helpful behind the barWont be visiting again

Great friendly staff. Just as considerate/helpful customers (helped take drinks to our table) great value for money. Wonderful new play area. Choice to book table in surrounding part of play area. Staff were so helpful, we couldn't have asked for better service. Really really impressed. Great pub, well thought out.

Stopped in for tea on the way to our hotel. The pub was really busy, but all the staff were super friendly. We were quickly shown to our table. Lots of food to choose from, including carvery, we went for the chicken combo and beef and ale pie. Food arrived in super fast time, it was hot and tasty and we all cleaned our plates... Now on to a dessert!Highly recommend if you are in the vicinity. Fab food, great prices and super lovely staff!

Great place to eat. I had the carvery, and I believe it's the best carvery I've had. The food was hot and plenty to choose from great staff and very clean establishment, so I would definitely recommend it. I only wish I had taken a photo, but I was so happy with the food that I couldn't wait to tuck in .

All staff l interacted with were brilliant. Helpful, polite & friendly.Good beer, nice wine, not overpriced.Food was typical carvery. Other food options were well presented.Extensive menu.Cake selection was amazing to look at. (Untried)Toilets clean.Clientele mixed.
