Originally purchased a £12K hot tub from these guy's no real issues. Went back to them to arrange for the hot tub to be moved to a new location. Chased and chased for a date, ignored emails and messages left on phone. Last email received was leave it with me" some weeks ago. Got fed up with all the non replies and wasting my time
