We came into the restaurant yesterday at 1:15, got seated quickly at the table near the framed badges. Order was taken around 1:30, from there it went downhill. About 4 other tables came in and were presented with food while we were still waiting. The server said he would check where the food was and would then disappear. At one point, he said it would be 5 minutes for it to again, not appear. I asked another server, male with glasses, if he knew where our food was as at this point we'd been waiting nearly 1 hour I was told; we are busy today so im not sure I'll ask your server. No response or acknowledgement from our server or anyone else.Brilliant.It took an hour for our food to be brought out, 3 of which were tiny children's meals. We weren't even offered money off as a goodwill gesture.Absolutely shocking.

Good for an all-day excursion. My uncle had to get up and go to the bathroom to shave inbetween courses food took that long. Order 4 days in advance. Uncle went in 42 and came out 43, and before you ask it wasn't his birthday. Atmosphere was great though. we got offered free dessert but had to go bed.

As always the service was fantastic, the food however was not on this occasion.Most of the food ordered was chicken, the coating was very very powdery across all the food including the cheese sauce dip that was on the fries.I'm assuming this was a one off incident on the day.Prices are far too expensive these days for sub par food.Won't be visiting in the near future.

Long waits despite lovely staff. I ordered the chimichanga which was delicious but very small for the price, especially considering it comes with no fries or other side, absolutely not worth the £17 they're charging for it. The kids menus seem to be getting more restrictive too. Will think very carefully before coming back at these prices

Took our daughter for her 7th birthday to get the TGI experience of them singing and cake just to be let down. We where greeted with a card and a balloon hat which was lovely. But after that the service was shocking! Our food arrived before our drinks which they had forgotten about, then they didn't even offer us dessert let alone even came over and sang to her. We waited 25 minutes after paying the bill to see if anyone would come over and sing but nothing, so we got up and left with a very disappointed little one!!! They sang to others in the restaurant but nothing for our little one. I am very disappointed with the experience that my little one had as she was really looking forward to being sang to!

Nice food. Friendly staff. Be sure to download the app to get discounts. We saved over £12 on kids meals. It helps as soft drinks are expensive e.g. appletiser is £4.30!

I selected the Fridays burger the burger it's self was quite dry, and for the price of the meal I felt like there was a lack of food, I also upgraded this meal to add another patty & dirty fries And still felt like this wasn't enough for the price of the meal. Other than that the service was great very friendly and helpful staff and the atmosphere was excellent.

The food was quite good for the price and the staff was very attentive and nice. Food came fast and was free refill so nothing to complaint about this aspect! First time trying one of these restaurants and for sure it’s not going to be the last one!

I came with my friend for Lunch and went home hungry after spending £97 between two.I had Sirloin and would not recommend it.I eat out a lot, but was let down with our food. I had garlic potato and it was half teaspoon and cold my friend had fries and some kind of meat chopped up looked like a dogs dinner. She said hers was cold.Yes, we should have complained but it was so busy l couldn’t wait to get out.The only good thing in my opinion was our server Donna.We had wine and cocktails to fill us up.I had been to this place in Summer, but yesterday was nothing like my previous time.I feel manager needs to check what’s going on in the kitchen to see if anything can be improved.
