on 25th of June, I had an appointment confirmed by this agent for viewing. They are aware that I am medical professional and I run clinics 5-6 days per week.I was on site at 13pm as advised and no landlord while the signs were removed (To let/ To Sale).For this appointment, I have spent one day at hotel and I have missed an Invisalign conference with an approximate cost of £1600.They did not bother to cancel the appointment or to keep me posted.One of my worst experience.

Really, Good Experience in renting a property with them.Bee was the agent I was dealing with. he is very helpful and wants to solve anything that comes across he is so patient to explain everything from start to finish and giving you the right advice through the way and he listens very well to answer all the questions. Rubbish sellers. Save deals for contacts, if they can't sell for you outside of whitegates, they don't even end up listing your property. Some staff need sacking, especially Ahmed. They wasted my time for months. Surely whitegates as a company can't be happy missing out on commissions like this.Get it sorted out and do an internal investigation ASAP.

Amazing service from start to finish! Wow what can i say - such a smooth journey. Amy was very helpful throughout the whole process - I received regular updates and timescales. As a first time buyer, everything was explained very clearly and broken down into stages. The communication and response to queries has always been quick and I find the staff there friendly and helpful. Amy has provided me great support and very helpful in addressing any queries. Overall, I could not fault the services of Whitegates Dewsbury at all. Highly Recommended!

Rude, awful attitude and unprofessional. They were paid letting fees to place tenants into our property on a 12 month agreement. Clearly we expected them to carry out careful diligence in vetting appropriate tenants using previous landlord and employment references. Five months into the tenancy we had a failed rental payment. The tenants subsequently stated they would be vacating the property 6 months early due to employment difficulties and would be moving back into a family home. We faced months of a rent free period and a decent repair bill. However, the above is NOT the reason for this negative review. We clearly then decided not to use Whitegates when we decided to market the property for sale. We subsequently received a message from their agent who expressed his disappointment that we did not use his company for marketing the sale. His argument was we owed him some loyalty for the late evening calls for dealing with the problem tenants his company put into our property! When I volunteered the reasons (above) his words to me were 'nonsense'. I will let those reviewing this form their own opinion.
