I had something on my eye for several days. Repeated bathing and irrigation had not helped and so I decided to seek professional assistance. I saw Pete who was absolutely amazing, he located the eyelash within seconds, that had decided to point down and scratch my cornea every time I moved my eyeball. Once located, Pete plucked the eyelash out, which gave me instant relief and the problem was solved. I can't thank Pete enough for his professional, expert knowledge and advice. 5 Stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend.

Great staff. I felt I needed new glasses and despite a brilliant eye test, fitting etc on picking them up and trying them for a few days they did not feel quite right. I went back and they re-tested my dodgy eyes same day without any arguments needed. Certainly felt that the customer is put first, rare thing these days. They are sorting replacement glasses. All done with patience and professionaliism. Thank you Robert Frith in Crewkerne

Been using Crewkerne branch for 4 years now. Always been very helpful with a wide selection of frames & lenses. Been great when repairing glasses that have been damaged at v short notice & always accommodated my needs. Used to use national high street companies but now after receiving added customer service would always favour using R Frith as service, quality & choice far exceed national firms with their two for price of one frames. Big thumbs up. Keep up the good work.

Went today after reading reviews online , staff were all lovely, helpful and kind. Resolved issues and the optician put me at ease and I would highly recommend them, wheelchair access is at the back but I phoned in advance so they were ready with a ramp to let me in.

Took my 6 year old daughter here after having a not very good experience the Vision Express in Tesco, Yeovil.I have to say they were brilliant from the receptionist to Peter the optiction. They engaged with her and made her feel like it was her appointment. Peter made an effort to put her at ease, unlike Tesco, he made it fun.I will definitely be coming here when my eyes need retesting.

Looked around the area to find an optometrist to get eye test and purchase new glasses. Decided to go for local over going to Yeovil and I am so glad that I did. Service was exemplary from start to finish. Communication was clear and COVID friendly. The actual appointment was uneventful and I had picked some frames and lenses from a very good range. I left extremely impressed with the overall Customer Service, there was no rushing to get me out, nothing was too much trouble, completely different service that I am used to with other firms, try them you won’t be disappointed.
