A huge mix of experiences. One doctor I spoke to over the phone was very understanding and requested I go into the surgery that afternoon for a face-to-face appointment.The doctor I saw at that appointment proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't prescribe the class of medication I'm on (and have been on for years). She ignored what I told her and referred me to another service - who have already mentioned to me that it is the GP surgery that should be controlling my medication at this point.If you can go elsewhere, do.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of care from the locum doctors is appalling. The only dr listed on this website hadn’t been back since covid struck. One locum doctor in particular is rude and has no duty of care. She makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience and talks to you like dirt. I’ve never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism. My experiences here have impacted negatively on my mental health. Avoid this surgery at all costs. I will be contacting my mp. I pay my National insurance and have done for years and yet getting the correct care from this surgery is a joke. They are letting down the NHS big time and perhaps some of the drs here should rethink their profession because this clearly isn’t the job for them. One dr missed an illness which could have been life threatening. Avoid avoid avoid.

I thank you for doing a job that puts you in the front line of a lot of aggression, grief, and sometimes even physical danger.I expect when you deal with this day in & day out your empathy levels and view of the human condition can get pretty jaded.You are also the front line for people at their most vulnerable, those who have finally reached a critical point of asking for the help they desperately need.Please be a decent to them, even when you have had a rough day. They may just be one in a pile of interactions you are working through, but it could be the one interaction THEY have that has the power to change the direction of their life.You have such a powerful and unique role in our world – please make it positive x

I cannot believe in this day in age you are unable to book an appointment in advance. I tried repeatedly to get an appointment but was told I had to ring back, take a day off work to simply call the doctors. No online options. And when asked why, was simply told this was how all doctors surgeries run. Simply not true, outdated and offered me no autonomy whatsoever. Will be looking elsewhere for a surgery

Was on hold for 35 minutes, call got cut off by them on me at number 3 in queue, when I called back was number 11 in queue to them be told no appointments, now having to sit down a&e for hours with a baby. Worst doctors I’ve experienced in Crawley.

Excellent surgery, always clean and tidy and if you can get through first thing you can always get an appointment same day. Prebookables seem to go very quick and only up to 2 weeks but same at every surgery now. All the doctors, nurses that I've seen have all been very helpful especially with my children! Couple of receptionists have been grumpy and a bit rude in the past but no problems recently! Best surgery compared to friends and familys who go elsewhere in crawley.

One star is to good for this so called surgery . It’s 11 days since my brother died and we still haven’t got a signed form so that the funeral director can proceed due to the lies and incompetence of this surgery. A week before my brother died a doctor was so rude to him on the phone I put in a complaint. I’ve heard a lot of talk how awful this surgery is and now after our upsetting experience I would avoid at all costs

EDIT: After countless issues with prescriptions I've finally had enough!! Havent seen the dame dr more than once in I dont know how long! Supposed to be registered with Dr Kottyal but havent laid eyes on the man or heard his voice in over 3 years!! I get told today after a weekend in pain that a prescription will be ready to collect by 4pm get to the chemist at 5pm to be told it's not there. Back to the doctors I go to be told its JUST being signed!! So needless to say I've missed the chemist and in pain for a 5th night!! Thanks for nothing! And as for the senior staff comment about the doctors have access to ur notes....its just a shame they dont read them, I find myself constantly explaining myself over and over to different doctors!! I'm sick of it, formal complaint on the way!! Surgery has gone seriously downhill without Dr Storer and Roz!After a cpl teething problems in the beginning (18 years ago when I first moved to crawley) this surgery has been amazing. DR. Storer was amazing as is Roz, I really feel listened to and feel like I'm in control of my treatment. They have also handled me well when my MH has made me impossible as a patient. Reception staff have been so helpful lately and helped to dispell the 'myth' about drs receptionists

Useless GP, never have appointments, and if you get one is still waist of time, as they never offer to do proper health check, always refer to go hospital and spend have a day to see the doctor. So why do we pay NI for?

Can see what everyone else here means about the receptionist over the phone. Rude and doesn't like having to explain anything to the patient without losing her composure.Only saving grace and why this isn't 1 star is the lovely lady at the side entrance greeting patients and speaking to them as she would her own family.
