Probably one of the worst bubble tea places I’ve ever been to. Ordered the Oreo Crush, tasted like watered down hot chocolate with bits of Oreo pieces. Absolutely horrible. Service was good though and the staff were very friendly.

My favourite place to go! They have the yummiest tapioca pearls :) Stopped by on my birthday this weekend and mentioned how I loved their tapioca pearls and the lovely lady who served me, Hollie, gave me extra tapioca! Thankyou to her and her coworkers, I couldn't get his name unfortunately. Would definitely recommend the Taro, that's my go-to. :)

Popped here to grab something to drink quickly, it was very nice and the member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.I asked for their recommendation for a fruit tea and was told the Passionfruit tea was popular and that mango boba went nice with it. I tried it and fully agree!

Vicki is one of the nicest staff I have met, always lovely to my daughter and really enthusiastic. Always remembers her face and makes her feel special. Bubble tea is fab too.

What absolutely wonderful staff! I came by to purchase drinks for both me and my boyfriend. The staff made sure to ask me about allergies, which was very nice. And served me with smiles and kind words. I loved the bus off drink and my partner loved his jasmine tea. Will definitely be coming again

The go to for fruit tea in Leeds, but their milk teas are bland and somewhat flavorless from what I have experienced. Oreo Crush especially bland. Have had good service from all employees apart from the store manager who was quite rude for no apparent reason on one occasion, maybe just having a bad day. The Supreme sizing is also not worth it, it is 20ml more than the large and you pay 20-30p more for it. Go for large, which is an actual upgrade from regular.

Went to this place on my short trip to Leeds and noticed this wee Bubbletea Shop. As I wasn't sure about the taste, I asked for the bestseller and it was PassionFruit tea.The passionfruit tea with the tapioca and apple and blueberry bobas was the most amazing bubble tea combination.This place is inside the Trinity Shopping Centre which has the facemasks complusary on the premises and albeit being exempt from them while eating and drinking at almost all the other places some facemask monitoring guards play Guardian's of Galaxy :PBest bubbletea in the town albeit it almost costs you a fiver (I don't even like Passionfruits :-D ). Also if you're a slow drinker then bring 2 straws with you!

Besides being the worse bubble tea I've ever tasted my partners Matcha milk tea not only tasted absolutely terrible but made myself and my partner both extremely thick. We later found out we had food poisoning our doctors both attributed likely down to spoilt milk.Avoid like the absolute plague as their food safety standards are clearly in the absolute toilet.

I have tasted better bubble tea than this but I am not sure what was the difference. Maybe it was me. However, this shouldn't negate that they have long queues which could serve as a sign for tasty bubble tea.

My 10yo daughter is always desperate to get a fruit bubble tea from Bubbleology whenever we visit Leeds. We brought her friend at the weekend who had never tried it before and she instantly loved it - to use her 12yo phrase, it was “banging!”Bubbleology is not a cafe - it is a stand in the shopping centre with the menu clearly stated above the counter. Service is quick, but if it’s busy, you wait to one side for them to call out your order (like at Starbucks) - it’s easy and I don’t understand some of the bad reviews, ha!
