Got a quick next day appointment. Detailed consultation, video evidence showed a lot of wax in both ears. Treated with suction, all wax removed. Every stage of the treatment was explained to me. Video evidence showed all wax removed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very professional high end service which was pain free, fast and immediately effective. Friendly knowledgeable staff who show you before during and after live images/videos inside the ear so you can see the results. I had a blocked ear that was causing so much pressure and pain but it was resolved on site leaving me a happy customer. The value is exceptional and customer service excellent. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment either. Highly recommend.

So happy with the amazing and professional service provided. I was seen a few hours after my phone call after having both my ears severely blocked for months. I was seen by Ibrahim at the appointed time. He was polite, pleasant and professional, explaining everything he was going to do and as he checked my ears. He showed me the before videos of each ear and then he removed the wax from both of my ears using a suction system. My hearing improved a little and he advised me to have a full hearing test. Thank you Ibrahim for a helpful appointments.

AMAZING!!!! Great customer service from start to finish. I booked the appointment online and got in the very next day. The gentleman that did the wax removal was very friendly and professional he talks you through the whole process and checks on you throughout too. He shows you videos of before and after. I could hear again properly straight after he’d finished it was such a relief. I would highly recommend. Thank you again.

I was having problems with my hearing and it felt like both of my ears were blocked…. I searched on Google and found “ Direct Ear Care “ and booked an appointment at the Bamber Bridge location… I want to echo what everybody has said, Ibrahim was very polite, very professional and very good at his job. He talked me through the process from started to finish and he did a before and after video which showed that he had cleared my ears. I would recommend Ibrahim very highly if you are having any earwax issues..

Ibrahim came to the home where my elderly father resides. He was polite thoughtful helpful and thorough. He did a fantastic job and explained the procedure and the outcome at every stage speaking respectfully to my father to ensure he understood too.
