Lots of space for football, decent sized play area with swings. But, I did get into some trouble with some hooligans who were loitering about.

Much better now there is a path leading to and past the play area. The play area is far better with more facilities and some seating. The is plenty of recreational land with 2 football pitches

Great park for the kids, just sometimes you have to tell the older kids (13-15 year olds) that the climbing frames are NOT for teenagers.

This is a nice quiet place, away from the main road and adjoining the sports field. We walk this way now, rather than have to walk single file or risk having to walk into the busy road in order to pass other pedestrians. There is a small selection of swings with wood chippings providing a safe surface.

I take my 2 year old to the park. Its nice and quiet. You can always grab a coffee on the way into the park from the cafes on the high street
