Service is top tier! My kids come home very happy and for filled. They provide nourishing meals and meet all their educational needs. I recommend.

The team are very humbling and welcoming. They made my boys feel very comfortable and engaged them in educational activities. As a mum it’s difficult to find a provider that you can trust so I was very pleased when my children came home happy and wanting to return the next day!

If you have no major concerns or compliants its fine. The moment I had an issue (1.5yr old coming home starving) Kim became very unprofessional.I got a call saying come and pick up your child and she refused to give me a full month's refund although she's the one that refused to care for my child. The agency (tiney) was useless.Beware pick up and drop off service is outside their contract via the childcare agency.Update: 14th Nov 10.19am I got a call from a private number harrasssing me for leaving a negative review. Threatened to report me to the police for harassment. Haven't spoken to Kim since the day my child left her care (11 weeks ago). She didn't even know my name.Professionalism is clearly shocking.
