Super Pizza

Food is always amazing and delicious, staff are lovely and friendly. This place will always be my favourite pizza shop.

The best pizza in Sunderland if not in the U.K. Every time I go to Sunderland I must order from them as their pizza is so yummy I feel like I’m addicted to their pizza. I have always been served with respect and smile, never had any issue with them.

ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSED AND HIGHLY OFFENDED !!! oreder arrived at ten past 11 and yet again was wrong sauces wrong and burger was burnt no pizza !! Rang the shops to be told it was closed and the driver was finished after dropping off my order 1 HOUR & 20 MINUTES LATER .... was told my order would be replaced the next day but when I rang had to argue my point again and finally got my order resent but yet again WRONG ...I rang back to be greeted by and Asian guy I told them I was ok to have the food they sent as I didn't want to wait any longer but wanted to make them aware that yet again it was wrong to witch he personally insulted me called me a lier and told me to piss off and that he had relieved him self on my food I was mortified and would advise anyone against ordering food from this shop I have never felt so insulted and violated in my life !!! :-$ !!!!!!!!!!

My so and husband love the pizzas and my husband is not a pizza lover. Food always arrives on time and pipping hot

Absolutely disgusted at my recent order. I ordered 1hr 45 mins before I started work, after nearly an hour at 19:00 I rang to ask where it was as I was leaving for work at 19:30 to be told that it was on its way and won't be very lon. The food turned up just after 19:30 as I was just leaving for work, absolutely stone cold. My partner rang the shop to complain and request some sort of refund as the food was absolutely freezing, and ultimately I ended up without food before work only for him to be HUNG up on. I have ordered pretty regularly and never had an issue, they forgot my garlic sauce from my previous order but I didn't complain but this time was just ridiculous. I understand it's busy.. but I only live 5 minutes away and it certainly does not take over 30 minutes to get to my house.

I dont go 2 any other pizza shop,me and my boys absolutely love this place. Never had a bad meal from them. Love the work these ppl do in this shop. Delivery is always spot on xx

After been a customer for years ordering at least once a week our second order this week, we ordered a 16 pizza picked it up was burnt and could not eat it

Just recieved our meals from this establishment and have the following comments:1. We requested via their web page to have the food delivered at 2130, we called them at 2140 to ask where it was, and it was delivered at 2155. 25 minutes late. They are only 1 mile, 3 minutes away!2. The peperoni pizza was just about warm enough.3. The wrap and chips ordered should have been Caesar Wrap - Grilled chicken with lettuce
