I don't think there are any words to describe how wonderful this vet surgery is. My cats are my world and to have somewhere you trust wholeheartedly to care for them when they are sick is very rare. Annie is most incredible vet with the patience of a saint! I couldn't have got through my cat illnesses without her kindness and calm. Sara and Fiona on reception are equally amazing, listening to me on numerous occasions. Offering reassurance and guidance. Honestly can't thank you all enough, you're all superheroes x

This is an excellent vets, they are kind and calm with the animals, they explain everything clearly and honestly. Our dog was very poorly and they were quick and through with their diagnosis and helped refer us to a specialist so that she had the best care. We have been going to this vets for 4 years and have had wonderful service and both their Newark and Fernwood practices. Highly recommend.

A great vet, very knowledgeable and attentive. We're brilliant when I sadly had to have my last dog PTS. That's why I'm still going, felt very respected in the difficult situation and during lockdown.

Brilliant care provided for pet rabbit by very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They showed genuine interest in providing excellent care and were happy to answer questions about looking after an older bunny. Would recommend this vets for any rabbit owners. Annie is absolutely lovely and trust her with the welfare of my pets.

We registered our dog with minster vets and have been to the Fernwood, Newark and Southwell centres within the last year for various things from vaccinations, parasite treatments to sickness and castration. They look after the dog really well and make sure that you're not nervous either. The aftercare is also fantastic and check in to see how everything is going after the procedures. They completely offer a 5 star service everytime.

I highly recommend Minster Vets by Pets At Home, staff were very helpful and understanding when I have brought my cats in on separate occasionsIn my last visit with my boy the vet explained everything and allowed us to choose to do the right thingA few weeks later received a card of condolences regarding Dinozzo which I thought was very touching5* service, open 7 days a week, helpful staff on the end of the phoneI always recommend Minster Vets to my customers being a Dog Walker / Pet Sitter
