The store looks amazing . Everything is presented well . The prices are very cheap for these times. I wouldn't go anywhere else . The staff is polite and always willing to go an extra mile .

Been to this tool station a few times and my experience has been very pleasant overall each time I've been. I've found that every time I have visited Lisa and Debra have been especially helpful in helping me find exactly what I need.Don't bother with any of the other staff helping you out. Ask for Lisa and Debra they'll get straight to the point.

Lisa and Debra were absolutely fantastic with the service, always smiling and had a lovely little laugh which really made my day! Very polite and well mannered. Super quick and easy, helping with me any queries and advised the best they could. Enjoy this store absolute bang on service!

Another easy, pleasant order from Toolstation Telford. Ordered online last night. Collected first thing this morning. Staff are always polite and greet you with a smile (unlike the competition). It always seems like a much more personal visit. Helpful staff. No hanging around, my order was handed to me quickly. Thank you. :)

I would highly recommend Telford branch of Toolstation, the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. They are happy to help with requests if item is not in stock, I will definitely return and would advise anyone to pop in as prices are very competitive.
