I called Peter at 8pm, I didn't expect him to start working immediately but he did. All I had to do is install a programme so he could work remotely.I've stayed on the phone initially, after that I have left him to it. My computer was in a really bad state and the repair took 6.5 hours however Peter kindly has capped the price. As a small business I really appreciate it!He has installed antivirus programmes at no extra charge and explained how I can scan and clean my computer. He's very professinal, knowledgable, patient and friendly. I have already passed his details to my clients and I couldn't recommend him enough. Excellent service, exceeded my expectations. The engineer was very efficient and obviously knew what he was doing which was very reassuring as I had been having problems with my laptop for a long time. I would recommend this engineer to everyone. He was friendly and arrived on time!

Had Metropolitan Police scam virus which completely crashed my computer. Desperately I turned to Peter, who was very friendly and accommodating. And what's more very professional and effective. The best thing was that I phoned Peter before 8am and he came to fix my laptop by 2pm on the same day. I had ukash virus (metropolitan police) and he removed it (and other viruses I didn't know I had!) effectively in 2.5 hours.

Pete the engineer helped me through the phone for 2.5 hours at 11pm and it was very helpful. He helped to correct a problem of corrupted McAfee and cleaned up the registry and got rid of Malware and gave me a course on how to keep the computer clean.

Very very impressed with the service, Pete the engineer had spent several hours trying to fix our system as we had over 1,000 viruses and 8 Anti-viruses. The computer didn't need to be wiped like so many companies always do as we have a till system in a very busy salon. To reset up our database would have been a nightmare for us! Hello I had an engineer call out to my flat on a Sunday!!! to fix my laptop. The service was fantastic and the engineer was polite, friendly, efficient and professional. Great service. After leaving messages with other firms (no replies) I got through to VR first time. We arranged a meeting less than 24hrs later (on a sunday) and all was fixed within the guidance given.Happy to recommend to all.
