Staff are great. Handover explanation is always clear and thorough. Lots of thought and development is put into my child’s learning and there’s lots of variety.Food is healthy and varied. Staff are friendly and approachable. Kept in the loop in all areas - ey parent app, email comms.I like the reduced rate extra booking option

Since my son has been in tops nursery, he hasProgressed so much! He is such a confident, happy talkative little Boy! any concerns I have had with the nursery, I have been able to speak confidently to them about it. my son looks forward to attending nursery every time. heLoves the staff and gets on well with them. It’s also walking distance from my House too, winner!Thank you for everything you do.

Amazing staff ! My son loved this Nursery. My son has 3 different languages going on. And staff tried there best to make him comfortable so he fits right in. And now he is ready for School. And he is so excited to go in to nursery and always happy talking about it so i can tell how much he loves staff and everything about it. I recommend as a mum to join this amazing Nursery. And you will not regret.

My two children have been through Stepping Stones Nursery. I have found the staff to be very attentive and loving, they have been flexible and extremely helpful in providing childcare- nothing is to much trouble. When we have needed extra hours, or days, they have made themselves available, even at very short notice.I cannot recommend enough this nursery if anyone is considering a nursery in the Southsea area. My boys have both loved the staff and bonded very well with everyone involved with the nursery.All the nursery workers have shown a keen interest in our two boys’ development and happiness, even though my eldest son has left, they still ask about him and when he visits with me to collect our youngest he is greeted with a hug and smiles.On the subject of funding, the manager and assistant manager have gone above and beyond ensuring we gained the maximum benefit from both the childcare vouchers and 30 hours schemes.They have provided advice on our applications, and engaging with the local authorities, when we difficulties speaking with HMRC. Once again, they demonstrated a keen interest in making sure we gained the most from the two schemes.I also work away from home occassionally and how they have supported my wife when I have been away is great, and certainly appreciated. A fantastic nursery!

Amazing staff. Great environment for any child.

I cannot fault the staff who take very good care of my 2 year old grandson. He has developed amazingly well. He is always happy and wanting to go. They have also cared for his older brother who attended there a few years ago. They have a good understanding of their individual needs and bring out the best in the child.
