Wolverhampton Cats Protection Charity Shop

I love this charity. They have really helped me lots in the past with my cats. Always very helpful. The shop is also a lovely place to go. It's always well presented and the staff are always friendly. The manager always chats to the customers and their prices are always really affordable. I went in today with some donations and they were so greatful.

Lovely welcoming little shop. They are always grateful for donations when other places treat you as an inconvenience. In recent times I have felt safe shopping there with all covid measures in place. They sell my favourite face masks too!!!!

Couldn’t think of a better charity shop to donate to. Shop is so well run and managed. Wasn’t able to get to the shop to donate after a huge clear out and the manager very kindly offered to pick it all up for me to save me the trouble....even on his day off! Clearly someone who cares what he does and goes the extra mile to help out this charity. Thank you so much!

A lovely shop always very well presented, the staff are very willing to help. The manager has even stayed behind whilst I was running behind dropping off a donation. Incredibly hard working team.

The male Manager is RUDE to both staff and customers unless you happen to be a Mother with a child, which I am not! Since the COVID I will not go into the shop, when he is on, the shop is packed! (he allows whoever to go in and does NOT stand by 5 only in the shop at a time! This in my eyes is wrong as he is putting people at risk as well as staff! I have had a word with the new staff about this, who also do nothing! Where have all the lovely old staff gone? They seam to have all via 1, been replaced with young girls! who are rude and nowhere near as friendly as the old staff! BRING BACK THE OLD STAFF AND STAY SAFE!!!

Not very nice people. We went in to donate some furniture but would not accept, without a reasonable excuse. The people at the adoption centre are also very rude, asking silly questions and coming across as passive aggressive. I would highly recommend not donating to this organisation

What a fantastic shop!Ed is a great Manager and has supported my 14 year old daughter in her first voluntary job. It has been amazing to see her confidence increase and she's learning valuable skills - not to mention she finds a bargain everytime she is there!Well run, well stocked and dealing well with Covid measures.

Currently doing vouleentry here it's so lovely all the staff are lovely I cant describe how nice they are and there is good bargains in here keep the work up
