Kate was professional and very conscious about making sure all of the necessary steps of our move were done as quickly as possible. We were very impressed with her customer service and she was a drastic difference from the American side of our UpakWeShip experience. Kate actually saved the day.

Sent my self packed pallet from middle America to my London home and it went off without a hitch. Alicia in America was very helpful the whole way, as well as the UK team. Recommended!

UPakWeship worked well for my shipment of household goods from the West coast of the US to the UK. They were very responsive to my queries in both the US and the UK and picked up my two crates in the US and delivered them to my address in the UK as promised. The one issue I had was that US Customs selected the container my two crates were in for a random inspection and this added about 5 weeks to the transit time - but of course this was something UPakWeShip had no control over. However, UPakWeShip did charge me extra for the delay caused by the customs inspection and, although this was quite a small sum, I do think these sorts of charges should be rolled into their overall charge for the shipment, since they are not unexpected. Overall, though, a very positive experience and I would recommend UPakWeShip.

Great service all the way. Pick up in the US and delivery in the UK was very smooth, our shipment was in great condition. Communication was top-tier with Kate in the UK side, she was always very responsive.

Unfortunately, my moving experience was the most horrible situation that I have ever been in. The dates for pickup was changed 6 times which put myself in a terrible stressful situation with my previous landlords compounded with the stress of changing jobs. This put me in a situation where I had to constantly tell the new dates with my previous landlords. The issue was with the truck held up with customs and they eventually went with another company. It was a complete disaster even though 90% of my stuff was packed and organizing the items into 2 rooms to make the move super easy on all parties involved. After a month, I realized that I'm missing one box so far. If there was better communication after the 2 dates changes I could have made arrangements to avoid the stressful situation.

Really excellent service to get my things back from the US to the UK. From the amazing help I got from Alicia on the US side, to the great service from Kate on the UK side and the wonderful delivery man who dropped everything off to me in London. Couldn’t ask for more. I got help every step of the way. There were no hidden costs that I had heard about when using other companies and zero damage had occurred to my things. I highly recommend this as an affordable way to get your things across the Atlantic.

Very reliable, on time and the movers are kind and organized. They got our 150 boxes delivered in less than 2 hours. Kate from UPakWeShip UK office and Megan from Good Move are both kind and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Really disappointing service. Requested a quote and was provided with a one line dollar amount. Asked for additional details and a breakdown, and John Bonney refused.I tried dealing with the UK office but they indicated I had to deal with John. After asking for details again, he cancelled our quote and would not return any further emails or queries.Unbelievable behavior.
