Fantastic service from start to finish!We enquired about a second hand 70 Plate Seat Mii EV. Within minutes we were called by George who took us through details of the vehicle of which we then arranged to see. We were greeted by friendly staff, clean premises and well presented stock. After a quick test drive the deposit was paid!The car was delivered this week. It is immaculate and is genuinely hard to tell it's not a brand new vehicle. The delivery staff were very accommodating and kept us informed of their progress the entire journey.We would have no hesitations at all in recommending Meadens Skoda and George Kelly.

Tom and Will were brilliant frominitial contact to hand over, with Will even hand delivering an umbrella to our door and sorting out a chip on the windscreen. First time user of this garage - I was very impressed with the facilities and the level of service, both at the time of booking my car in and on the day with the drop off and pick up. Good communication, listened to the issues I was having with the car and took the time to explain on completion of the works.

We had our Superb serviced at Meadens last month and there was an issue with some communication. When I raised the issue I was very impressed with the honest and professional response. They offered to put the issue right during our next visit. We're very satisfied with how they dealt with us.

Although we did not purchase from Meadens, i wanted to thank George for his excellent service when i enquired in two cars on separate occasions. George provided me with full details, and video of the first car taken just as it arrived and he even highlighted all the minor marks that would be attended to prior to sale. Unfortunately, i misread the price, and it was over my daughter's budget, so I did not progress this. When I phoned up to explain this to George, I enquired about another car, and again he provided me with the details.For some reason the video had not come through, and the following day I spoke to Tom, as George was on his day off, (which he'd told me the previous day) who immediately resent the video and answered my questions. We discussed the car, but ultimately it had a feature which my daughter did not want, and she decided on an alternative elsewhere. Tom immediately refunded the deposit I had previously placed, without me even asking, and said that could use them in the future if they could assist me.It is good to come across a dealership where ensuring the customer is satisfied, and ones that treats customers as an individual and feels valued.I can highly recommend Meadens and intend using them in the future if the need arises.
