I went here based on the previous review to have a suit for my partner altered. It needed taking in at the waist, taking in sleeves and trousers. The alterations were done really well and all very reasonably priced (especially when compared to some prices given for suit alterations online). The tailor (Zeynep?) takes pride in his work and took time to listen to our needs and is very friendly as well! Definitely will use him again if I need anything altered.

I had a pair of pants shortened there. The pants just arrived in the mail in the morning but I wanted to wear them for an event at night. They were incredible kind and managed to alter them within a few hours and the result is top-notch. Would recommend!

Zaynep is one of the best providers of tailoring services in Hackney and in Central London.I truly appreciate the hard-working owner of this company. The quality of his work is endorsed by hundreds of local citizens. He is a very friendly and responsible person.Previously this Taylor Services were located in the old building nearby. But now they moved to a brand new space. It is so convenient and well-located.I truly recommend Zaynep to each person and appreciate them for their great work.

I recently had a pair of pink silk trousers hemmed and Zeynep did an absolutely excellent job. He even texted me when it was ready 2 days early. Would happily use him again for any alternation needs

I was in the area and my dress unexpectedly started to unravel, I had to hold the dress as I took every step for the sake of my dignity haha. As I began to become frantic, I then stumbled across this tailoring shop. I explained to him the situation and told him I was under time constraints as I had a birthday lunch to attend and he knew exactly what to do he fixed it for me in no time!! Amazing customer service and experience - I would 110% recommend and will be definitely be going to him again!!

I’ve been coming Zeynep’s for a few years now and he does a great job. A lot of other tailors in the area do a poor job and charge far more. Zeynep is super friendly, charges a reasonable price and doesn’t take ages to get it done. I can’t recommend his shop enough.

I had a bridesmaid's dress altered here recently and was very happy with the service. The tailor did a great job - it's clear that he has a lot of experience, and he and was happy to turn it around as quickly as I needed it. The price was also very reasonable (especially compared with other tailors I've used in the past!) Worth noting that you can pay by cash only.Really glad I found this place, and I'll definitely be coming back.

Found this gem of a tailor thanks to Nextdoor.co.uk. His shop is hard to find due to the new flats going up by the park but don’t let that deter you. He is brilliant, knows exactly what he’s doing and he’s fast! He helped me out with a bridesmaid dress alteration, doing it overnight for me so I wouldn’t be stressed. Can’t thank him or recommend him enough
