We are purchasing a property in Wellington and needed to have a survey carried out. Tempertons did an excellent and very thorough job for us. They were extremely professional, helpful, prompt and highly knowledgeable. We are not from this area of the country and so we were very pleased that the survey covered all aspects in detail for us and all of our questions were answered.Brilliant, first class service all round !!!!We would have no hesitation in recommending Tempertons.

We viewed a total of four properties a few months ago that were listed with Tempertons, and on three occasions Nick showed us around the properties. He was very friendly and seemed to have a good rapport with the seller, however he had no sales skills when it came to selling the property and didn't have much to say about them other than the hard facts, this made it hard to develop a real interest in the properties we viewed.What I found really poor though is that no one followed us up on ANY of the properties to ask for feedback or if we were interested in a second viewing! Something every other estate agent has done and really shows the difference in standard.I would be even more unimpressed with this if it was my property being sold!

Excellent work in helping to get my house sale done quickly and efficiently in these difficult Covid times. They always understood any issues I went to them with, took appropriate action and always returned my calls. Very, very impressed.
