Great service from start to finish!! Highly recommend.Great communication throughout including details on the hire, route suggestion and delivery timings ahead of booking. Phil suggested a fantastic route for us and gave us clear explanations of how to use the bike.A really lovely way to see the lakes, we will definitely be booking with E-bike safaris again!

Phil was really flexible and accomodating of our hire request. My partner had great fun chasing me around while I was test-riding my new (traditional) bike. We will definitely use Phil again should we need bike hire in the Lakes in future.

Phil and his E-bikes are amazing! Delivered straight to our door whilst we were holidaying in Kendal. He explained everything on the bikes ready for us to explore the Lake District. The bikes were comfortable and easy to use. We even had our 7 month old son on the back. He had a great time in his comfy baby seat! We cannot recommend Phil enough. If we ever find ourselves in the Lake District again we will definitely be renting bikes from Phil again!

We hired 5 bikes for a day out in Kendal, great Service from Phil at E Safari. Delivered all the bikes, plotted us a route and was available if we had any issues throughout the day. Will definitely hire again!

Great experience. We met at stickle ghyll car park and he set us up with the bikes, providing support to mum who was nervous about riding an E-bike for the first time.The cube E-bikes were fantastic. Probably best suited for roads, but they rode the gravel tracks with ease. They benefitted from lower tyre pressures for the more rough and loose trails.

We had an absolutely amazing couple of days touring the Lake District! Ebikes were a great way to go…such a fun time seeing the beautiful Lakes!We definitely recommend Ebike Safaris. Phil was great and pick up and drop of were really smooth. Bikes worked really well. Everything we needed was provided and Phil gave us great route recommendations! The bikes had a good amount of range in a charge (we did about 30miles one day and 40miles another)If you’re in the Lakes, rent bikes with E-bike safaris…you won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic day out with the e-bikes thanks to Phil! The process of booking, delivery and collection was seamless and the route Phil suggested for us was just lovely - we thoroughly enjoyed getting out onto the beautiful country lanes of the Lake District. No hill was too big on these bikes and it felt great!I would definitely recommend e-bike safaris and will be a return customer the next time we’re back in the area.

We bumped into Phil and his trailer full of bikes in a car park whilst out riding our own eBikes around the Lake District. The next day my dad decided he fancied joining us on a ride so I gave E-Bike Safaris a call, Phil delivered a bike straight to our accommodation the very next morning. Great bikes and great guy (very knowledgeable too!!). Highly recommended as a great way to get off the beaten track and explore the Lake District. Thank you E-Bike safaris, we'll be back!
